At GoldCorp, every order is handled with the same care and precision as the watches we sell. Our shipping process is secure, fully insured, and designed to protect your investment from our showroom to your hands.

Delivery Options

We offer two fulfilment options:

• In-Person Collection: Schedule an appointment at our Sandton office to view or collect your timepiece in person.
• Insured Courier Delivery: For clients outside Johannesburg, we offer fully-insured delivery through trusted courier partners. Every parcel is sealed, tracked, and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clearance.
• Delivery within 2–4 business days to major cities.
• Outlying areas may take an additional 1–3 business days.
  Delays due to verification or external courier issues will be communicated immediately.

Risk & Insurance

GoldCorp ships all orders with full insurance coverage for loss or damage in transit. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer once delivery is confirmed and signed for. Customers who arrange their own couriers assume full responsibility once the parcel leaves our premises.
