GoldCorp is a South African company specialising in the buying, selling, and loaning of luxury watches, gold, diamonds, and Krugerrands. All transactions are conducted in compliance with South African laws, including the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and the Second-Hand Goods Act.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; and

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when requested.

GoldCorp reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any transaction if fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity is suspected.

4. Services Offered

GoldCorp provides the following services:

  1. Buying: We purchase luxury watches, gold, jewellery, and other valuable items from clients.

  2. Selling: We sell authenticated luxury watches, jewellery, and related items.

  3. Loans Against Assets: We offer asset-based loans where luxury items are held as collateral.

Each transaction is subject to individual assessment, verification, and acceptance by GoldCorp.

5. Product Authenticity and Descriptions

All items sold by GoldCorp are authentic and undergo verification prior to listing. While we strive to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices on https://goldcorp.co.za/ are accurate, occasional errors or omissions may occur.

GoldCorp reserves the right to:

  • Correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission at any time;

  • Update product information or pricing without prior notice;

  • Cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or stock information.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), cash, or approved payment gateways as indicated during checkout.

Please note:

  • Prices shown may include a discount for EFT payments.

  • Card or cash payments may not qualify for the EFT discount.

  • Full payment must clear before any goods are released or shipped.

7. Buy-Backs and Trade-Ins

GoldCorp may, at its discretion, offer buy-back or trade-in options on certain items. Each transaction will be evaluated individually and is subject to inspection, valuation, and agreement between both parties.

8. Loans Against Assets

GoldCorp provides asset-based loans using luxury watches, jewellery, gold, or other valuables as collateral.

  • No credit checks are performed.

  • Loan values are based solely on the assessed value of the asset.

  • Items remain in GoldCorp’s secure custody until the loan is repaid in full.

  • In the event of non-payment, ownership of the pledged asset will transfer to GoldCorp as per the loan agreement.

All loan agreements are conducted in compliance with FICA and relevant South African regulations.

9. Appointments and Inspections

Transactions involving in-person evaluations, sales, or collections are conducted strictly by appointment only at our Sandton offices: 📍 19B Morris Street, Woodmead, Sandton, South Africa.

GoldCorp reserves the right to require proof of identity and ownership for all items presented.

10. Warranty and Condition of Goods

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All pre-owned watches carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing faults, not damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Pre-owned items may show signs of wear consistent with age and use.

GoldCorp does not offer refunds for change of mind but may, at its discretion, offer exchanges or resale assistance.

11. Limitation of Liability

GoldCorp will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our website or services;

  • Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients;

  • Delays or interruptions due to technical, courier, or external service provider issues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on https://goldcorp.co.za/ - including text, graphics, logos, product images, and layout — is the intellectual property of GoldCorp and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Governing Law
